Marzena is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned leader with over 20 years of international experience in luxury retail, jewelry, and boutique management across Canada and Europe. She has worked with high-profile clients and navigated international trade in fine jewelry, bringing a refined eye for elegance and excellence to every aspect of Blanca Bridal.
As the co-founder and leader, Marzena combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, creating a brand that delivers exceptional experiences, curated collections, and unforgettable moments for every bride.

Beata brings over 30 years of experience in luxury fashion and bridalwear, combining artistry, precision, and an innate understanding of the modern bride. Now based in Tampa, she honed her craft in New York, collaborating with iconic designers such as Vera Wang, Carolina Herrera, and Amsale, and running her own boutique production studio.
As Creative Director at Blanca Bridal Creations, Beata transforms each gown through expert design and couture alterations, creating timeless pieces that celebrate beauty, elegance, and individuality.
