Terms & Conditions

By signing or completing this purchase, the customer acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services and agrees to the following policies.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Discounted, discontinued, and floor sample items (sold as is)
  • Deposits, special orders, formal wear, rentals
  • Gift cards, gift certificates
  • Undergarments, corsets, shoes, shoe bras, sticky bras, nipple covers/pads
  • No exceptions.

EXCHANGES – CASUAL BOUTIQUE MERCHANDISE ONLY

  • Exchanges or store credit may be issued within 14 days
  • Must be unworn, unused, in new condition with original receipt
  • Store credit valid for 90 days
  • No refunds

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON

  • Bridal gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, flower girl dresses
  • Jewelry, wedding rings, engagement rings and any custom made items
  • Prom, homecoming, cocktail, evening wear
  • Mother-of-the-bride
  • Special orders, layaway items, or rentals

DEPOSITS & SPECIAL ORDERS

  • Minimum 60% deposit required within 48 hours to secure any item
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposit transfers allowed only within 48 hours and only for non-special-order items of equal or greater value
  • Special orders require 60% deposit before ordering
  • Items may go out of stock if deposit is not placed; Blanca Bridal is not responsible
  • Shipping and rush fees apply; extended sizes may incur upcharges

LAYAWAY / PICK-UP RESPONSIBILITY

  • Remaining balance must be paid in full, even if event is canceled
  • Items left over 1 year without prior approval will be deemed abandoned
  • All payments will be forfeited and items returned to store inventory

ALTERATIONS

  • Alterations are not included and charged separately
  • Items must be paid in full before alterations
  • On-site alterations are provided by an independent contractor
  • Blanca Bridal is not responsible for alteration errors

INSPECTION & LIABILITY

  • Customer must inspect merchandise before signing receipt
  • Issues must be reported prior to signing
  • Blanca Bridal is not liable once receipt is signed

Customer Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all Blanca Bridal Boutique sales policies and terms. I confirm that this document has been fully explained to me, that I have had the opportunity to ask questions, and that I am signing voluntarily, knowingly, and without any pressure or coercion. I understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
