Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Blanca Bridal (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Seller”) concerning your order or purchase of bridal gowns, accessories, or related products (the “Goods”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not place an order.

1. Order Process & Customization

1.1 Custom vs. Stock Items

  • Except for those items expressly listed as “Ready to Ship” or “In Stock,” each dress or item is custom-made to your specifications.

  • You may order a standard size or request personalized modifications or custom sizing. Any change from our standard sizing or design must be agreed in writing (via email or order confirmation) before work begins.

1.2 Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

  • Once you have approved all design, customization, and measurement details, we will provide you an order confirmation by email.

  • Upon receipt of such confirmation, we will issue an invoice.

  • Payment of the deposit or required amount (see Section 2) constitutes acceptance, and the contract of sale is formed when we confirm receipt of payment.

1.3 Responsibility for Custom Changes

  • You acknowledge that design changes or custom measurements may carry additional costs.

  • You also acknowledge that perfect fit cannot always be guaranteed, especially when ordering remotely, and final local alterations may be necessary.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit / Payment Schedule

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price (including estimated shipping) at the time of order confirmation.

  • The balance is due prior to shipment, in accordance with the invoice we issue.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept payment via most credit cards, wire transfer or Wise.

  • You are not responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.

2.3 Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of any import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or sales/use taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for paying any such charges imposed by your jurisdiction when the Goods enter your country or state.

3. Production & Delivery

3.1 Lead Time / Production Schedule

  • Typical production lead time is approximately 12 – 14 weeks for bridal gowns, 10 weeks for evening wear, or as otherwise stated in the product description or confirmed with you.

  • If materials are delayed or unavailable, we may revise the schedule with your agreement.

3.2 Shipment & Risk of Loss

  • Goods are shipped via carriers selected by us or agreed by you.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • You must inspect the shipment immediately and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

3.3 Title / Ownership

  • Title to the Goods transfers to you once we receive full payment of all amounts owed.

4. Fit, Alterations & Returns

4.1 Fit Expectations & Local Adjustments

  • Because custom orders are made to your provided measurements (or standard sizes), minor fit discrepancies may occur.

  • If needed, we can make adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.

4.2 Returns / Cancellation / Refunds

  • Custom & made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as required by law or as allowed in Section 4.3 below.

  • You may cancel an order within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided we have not yet commenced production; in such a case, your deposit may be refunded minus any costs incurred.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will offer a full refund or alternate item.

4.3 Defective or Nonconforming Goods

  • If the Goods delivered are materially defective or not in conformity with the agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence and description of the issue.

  • Upon our confirmation, we will either repair, replace, or refund the nonconforming item at our option.

  • This is your exclusive remedy for defects; we are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Images

5.1 Copyright & Design Rights

  • All designs, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials on our website or related to our Goods remain our intellectual property or the property of third parties.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without our express permission.

5.2 Permission to Use Customer Images

  • By purchasing, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs or images of you in the Goods for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, unless you expressly decline.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not warrant that the Goods will be perfect in every respect, particularly in fit or color variation based on materials or lighting.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Goods or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Goods.

  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, delay, or loss of business).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

7.2 Venue / Forum

  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase will be resolved exclusively in a state or federal court located in Tampa, Florida.

  • You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions

8.1 Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remain in full force and effect.

8.2 Waiver

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

8.3 Assignment

  • You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

  • We may assign or delegate our rights or obligations, provided it does not materially affect your rights.

8.4 Notices / Communication

  • We will communicate primarily via email to the address you provide.

  • Notices to us should be sent to our official contact or business address (or email) as listed on our website.

8.5 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with your order confirmation and any specifications agreed in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blanca Bridal regarding your purchase, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications.
